Winter Solstice in ancient Egypt.

Winter Solstice in ancient Egypt fell at the start of Peret, the second of ancient Egypt’s three seasons. Known as the “Season of Emergence,” the beginning of Peret signified the arrival of Egypt's famously fertile black soil from the annual Nile flood and gave ancient Egyptians cause to celebrate the coming abundance. Around this time, various goddesses were celebrated with festivals, notably Hathor and Mut, two mother deities and precursors to the legendary goddess Isis. Much like holidays today, these festivals were quite famous for their high levels of energy  ritual public drunkenness!

These Skincare Products are Exceptional!

I was happy with my skincare products...until I used RA Egyptian. Each product has an incredible way of feeling beautifully light when I apply it, including the washes, and the superb serum absorbs, then stays on for hours. I live in the desert southwest, and have to really stay on top of potentially dry skin. These products are exactly what I need. They are exceptional. I have to mention the fabulous packaging for mailing - it looks like Howard Carter himself sent it -- what attention to detail!

I can’t tell you how much I adore the skin care n a a bad this company. It is literally like the holy grail of skin products! It smells great, it feels like it is high-quality and produced with love and I adore the way it makes my skin feel. The presentation and packaging was also top-notch and I love the hand sign a note that was sent. What a refreshing company to do business with!
