Returns and Exchanges
We are sorry this was not right for you. Start your return or exchange below and we will take it from there.
Returns for a refund are accepted within 30 days of delivery, with more than half of the product remaining, and we provide a prepaid return label for eligible returns. Exchanges are accepted within 60 days of delivery, also with more than half of the product remaining. You cover the cost of sending an exchange back to us, and once it has been received and inspected by us we issue store credit for the amount you paid, which never expires. Subscription orders are final sale and may be exchanged only. Please do not send anything back until you receive your authorization and the correct return address from us, as our warehouse cannot accept unauthorised returns. We offer this policy in good faith because we want every customer to be happy, and we reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if we believe the policy is being abused.
How it works
1. Send the form. Tell us your order number and whether this is a return or an exchange.
2. We reply by email. You will receive your authorization, your prepaid label for an eligible return, or the return address for an exchange.
3. Send it back. Once your item has been received and inspected by us, we process your refund to your original payment method, or issue your store credit, and confirm by email. No refund or store credit is issued before your item has been received and inspected.
